Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
The Service
- FixParkingTicket.com uses AI to analyze your parking ticket and generate a customized appeal letter.
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
- Appeal letters are generated based on AI analysis of the information you provide. We cannot guarantee your appeal will be dismissed — that decision belongs to the city.
What You're Paying For
- $20 flat fee for a complete, professionally formatted appeal letter PDF.
- One-time charge. No subscription. No recurring billing. Ever.
Refund Policy
If your appeal is denied, we'll refund your $20. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Get your appeal denial notice from the city.
Step 2: Pay the ticket.
Step 3: Submit both (denial notice + proof of payment) at fixparkingticket.com/refund.php.
Step 4: Once we verify both documents, we refund your $20.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase.
- We verify both documents before issuing any refund.
What We're Responsible For
- Generating a professional appeal letter based on the ticket you upload.
- Processing your payment securely through Stripe.
- Issuing refunds when the conditions above are met.
What We're Not Responsible For
- The outcome of your appeal. Cities make their own decisions and we have no influence over them.
- Errors or omissions in the ticket information you provide to us.
- Missed appeal deadlines. Always check your local jurisdiction's deadline before uploading.
Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person.
Use of the Service
- You agree to upload only parking tickets that belong to you.
- Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the system.
